I was approached by CATIE to design this informational series targeted toward the unique challenges people in prison face around preventing the spread of Hepatitis C and HIV. The main challenging was creating a multi-page, information heavy booklet that worked in a brochure format and that did not require staples since the brochures would be distributed within prisons. The artwork featured in the series was created by people serving time and was used heavily in the tattooing/piercing version to speak towards tattoo culture.
