If you have any questions regarding your project, the size/scope of it, and/or what the appropriate lead time may be - I invite you to contact me anytime to discuss. Please note as well that if your project is subject to the rush rate, I will notify you at the start of the project (or when the timeline changes if that is the case).
It is important to note that if your project is a "RUSH", I will do what's needed in order to help ensure that your project is completed on time. However, I WILL NOT bump projects already in progress for a rush job as it's only fair to the clients who started their projects in a timely fashion. Existing jobs and their deadlines are always my first priority, therefore I am forced to work rush jobs around these existing timelines. As a result rush jobs often flow into the evenings and weekends to ensure deadlines are met. If your project requires my attention, work, presence, etc. outside of standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) then it must be mutually agreed upon and a potential RUSH RATE of 40% will be applied to that time. The RUSH RATE will NOT apply if your project is not a "RUSH" and I just 'happen' to work into the evenings as I often do.
NO-ACTION PROJECTS
Every now and then, after a project has been started and during the course of development either the budget or need for the item is gone before the item is finished being developed. Also, some projects need to take a back burner for several months as a more pressing project surfaces. All projects that have not had any action on it in 3 months will be invoiced as is, with any time and materials accumulated to that point being invoiced back to you the client.
